Full central feeding: material drops into feed hopper of sand maker, enters swing wheel rotating at high speed through central feeding hole; it is rapidly accelerated in swing wheel and its accelerating speed can reach several dozen times of acceleration of gravity; it is then ejected from the swing wheel at high speed; firstly it is pounded with another rebounded material which drops freely, then all of them are pounded onto material lining (Using stone to hit stone) or reaction block (Using stone to hit iron block) and are rebounded and obliquely impacted onto top part of vortex cavity; its movement direction is changed to move downward; it is then pounded with material ejected form flow passage of the impeller to form continuous material curtain. Thus, one block of material is pounded, fractioned, grinded and crushed in vortex crushing cavity for two times to many times. Crushed material is discharged from the discharge opening at the lower part.
Central feeding accompanied with annular cascade feeding: material drops into feed hopper of sand maker, drops through annular hole. It is then divided into two strands of material by material distributing plate: one of them enters swing wheel rotating at high speed through material-distributing panel; the other drops from the surrounding of material-distributing panel. Material entering swing wheel is rapidly accelerated in the swing wheel; its accelerating speed can reach several dozen times of acceleration of gravity; it is then ejected at high speed from the swing wheel. It is firstly pounded and crushed together with another material freely dropping from the surrounding of material distributor, then all of them are impacted onto vortex lining in vortex cavity and are rebounded by material lining and is obliquely impacted onto top part of vortex cavity; its movement direction is changed to make it move downward and be hit with material ejected from flow passage of the impeller to form continuous material curtain. Then, one block of material is pounded, fractioned, grinded and crushed in vortex crushing cavity for two to many times. Crushed material is discharged from discharge opening at the lower part.
