The super pressure trapezium grinding mill is mainly applicable to the milling process of mineral materials in the metallurgy, building material, chemical industry, highway construction, water conservation and hydropower, fireproofing and steel industries. Structure Composition:

The complete super pressure trapezium grinding mill consists of the host machine, high-density powder classifier, connecting pipes, high-efficiency and energy-saving centrifugal induced draught fan, square-box bag-type dust remover, crusher, skip elevator, storage hopper, electro-vibrating feeder, electrical cabinet, etc.

 

Performance Features:

1. The innovative design of the mill roller and grinding ring. Compared with Raymond mill, the mill roller and grinding ring are designed in multi-stairs shape, which can reduce the speed of the material gliding between the trapezium mill roller and the grinding ring, increase the time of the material being grinded, and improve the fineness and output of the finished product.

2. Effective balanced and loaded spring. The trapezium grinding mill absorbs the merits of the Raymond mill and the suspension mill. The grinding roller assembly is connected with the horizontal spring through the pull-rod, producing the radial force which can avoid the wear and tear due to the large block of material entering into the grinding chamber, thus prolongs the service life of the equipment.

3. The host machine and the power classifier are connected flexibly, and the damping spring and the seal tape not only reduce the vibration and noise, but also avoid the resonance.

4. High-density and high-precision impeller device.

5. High-efficiency and energy-saving centrifugal induced draft fan. The fan plays an important role in the whole operation process of the mill. The trapezium grinding mill adopts the high-efficiency and energy-saving fan, and the efficiency is improved greatly compared with the straight-blade fan.

6. Compared with Raymond mill, the patented product-super pressure trapezium grinding mill makes it easy and quick to adjust the clearance between the ends of the powder classifier and the shell, and improves the precision of the finished product.

Working Principle

TGM series super pressure trapezium grinding mill mainly consists of the host machine, high-density powder classifier, connecting pipes, high-efficiency energy-saving centrifugal induced draft fan, square-box bag-type dust remover, crusher, bucket elevator, magnetic vibrating feeder, electrical cabinet, etc.

The host machine drives the central shaft to rotate through the speed reducer. A star rack is bound on the upper part of the shaft. There is a mill roller device which forms the supporting point for swinging. The mill roller device not only rotates around the

central shaft, but also revolves around the grinding ring. The mill roller revolves on its own axis due to the friction. There is a spading tool system under the star rack, the location of which is under the bottom end of the mill roller. The material is up-thrown and fed into the space between the mill roller and grinding ring in the process of synchronous rotation of the spading tool and the mill roller, and forms a cushion material layer. The material of this layer is grinded and crushed due to the outwards centrifugal force (namely extrusion force) generated by the rotation of the mill roller. Thus, the powder-making process is completed.

The powder-classification function of the powder classifier is achieved through the adjustable speed motor driving the blade on the rotation plate. The qualified finished powder will be sucked into the large cyclone collector together with the airflow through the blade. And the powder will be collected after it is separated from the airflow. The unqualified powder will be thrown towards the external wall by the blade and separated from the air follow. The coarse powder will fall into the grinding chamber for re-grinding due to its own gravity. The airflow with powder is under the high-speed rotation condition when it enters the collector. After the airflow and the powder are separated, the airflow body wall will shrink and move towards the center. When reaching the cone bottom (from the free length of the airflow), it forms a rotating upward airflow column and the powder will fall off and be collected at this time. There is a powder-locking device on the lower part of the collector, which is used to separate the external positive-pressure gas from the negative –pressure gas inside the collector. If the powder-locking device is not installed or the tongue-like panel doesn’t fit tightly, no powder or little powder will be collected, which will badly affect the output of the complete machine.
